Water is the fountain of life and the key to optimum health. Water plays a vital role in human health not only as a scavenger but an inner guardian. Water is the main constituent that made up of human body. An adult body weight has approximately 60-70% of water and blood has 90% of it is water. Blood, lymphatic fluid and body secretion are all related to water. Water is the essential mediums that make sure all the chemical processes in the body are carried out efficiently. This includes food digestion, nutrients transportation and waste products secretion.

Unfortunately, the Earth is facing the greatest risks and dangers today. Destructions on ecological balance has destroyed mountains and rivers and triggered serious pollutions on our water sources. Water treatment has become an arduous problem for all too. Pollutants dissolved in water though cannot be noticed by naked eyes, yet it has greater impact to our health. It is undoubtedly that drinking polluted water for over a long period can caused chronic disease that eventually threaten our life.

Water is vital digestion and metabolism. It acts as a medium for various enzymatic and chemical reactions in the body. Scientists and researchers have the same conclusion on water pollution - illnesses such as cancer, high blood pressure, asthma, allergic skin, gastro intestinal disorders, arthritis, kidney and liver disease and are linked to the contaminated water we consume. The secret to a healthier body? It's as simple as drinking good quality water
